Customer servicing?
Checking out of the gorgeous five star resort today Rancho Las Palmas in Palm Desert was a challenge. The service was great my entire stay so it surprised me that checkout became such a hassle. I wanted my complete bill before I left so I told them what I had from the mini bar but they couldn't put it on my bill till the inventory lady went to my room to officially write it up. Reallllllllly! An hour later, they were still trying to coordinate the "inventory lady" with the front desk with me. Sometimes we need to review our systems and policies to match the quality of the experience. Nuff' said!
